“Take up the challenge”, a team building event dedicated to partners and associates took place from the 12th to the 14th of April at the Zlatibor Mona Hotel. By way of a plentitude of activities and contents, the Mona Hotel Management Company, which organized the event, put on display the values it promotes in its business operations, as well as the inimitable way in which it develops team spirit.
This April, 17 different companies joined the three-day adventure that is “Take up the challenge!” In the pleasant mountain atmosphere, away from their everyday work environments, the guests participated in a set of interactive team-building activities, organized with the support of the members of the Extreme Summit Team. A series of engaging presentations gave the participants a chance to become familiar with Mona Hotel Management’s ongoing projects, most notably the opening of the Mona Plaza Hotel scheduled for the autumn of this year. The time between the team building events and the presentations was filled with irresistible chocolate breaks, and Saturday evening was complete with a gala dinner and concert at the national restaurant and wine bar Perun.
Judging by the participants’ reactions, the Mona Hotel Management has succeeded yet again in organizing an unforgettable get-together full of good times, new meetings, ideas and experiences. Now in its four year, “Take up the challenge” has become a staple event which the Mona Hotel Management organizes for its partners and associates, and we can only look forward to more of the same in the future!
