Ivan Vitorović

Managing director

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where he completed his master’s degree in “Hotel Investment Management Models”.

Employed since 2005 at Mona Ltd. where he served as marketing manager, hotel director, hotel development and sales director, and group CEO.

Today he is the General Manager of Mona hotel management Ltd. where he is in charge of operating the business of all the hotels in the portfolio, planning revenue and expenses of the company, development of new products and markets, human resources, as well as for further development of the brand and portfolio of the company.

Named Manager of the Year 2011. An active participant in the Hores Business Association, President of the Advisory Board of the Serbian Convention Bureau, Certified Trainer of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLEI), Member of the Board of Directors of the Serbian Marketing Association (SEMA).

He was named the Leader of the hotel industry for 2019.

Lenka Marić

Master of Law

Director of legal affairs

She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Belgrade in 2013, where in 2017 she completed her master’s studies at the Department of International Law. In 2016, she passed the bar exam before the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.

From 2013 to 2016, she worked at Nedić Law Office. Since November 2016, employed by Mona Ltd. Belgrade as Associate for Legal Affairs.

Since October 2019, she has been acting as Director of Legal Affairs at Mona Hospitality Management Ltd. Belgrade, responsible for the operation of the legal service, coordination, monitoring and control of the execution of legal, personnel and administrative activities of the company.

Miloš Kosorić

Bachelor of economics

Director of finances and accounting

He graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, majoring in accounting, auditing and financial management – accounting and auditing department.

Performed the duties of senior accountant, chief accountant, tax advisor and CFO in several domestic and foreign companies of trade and production. Participated as a financial manager on many domestic and EU projects for the revitalization and reconstruction of energy plants and thermal power plants in the country. Areas of Interest – Financial Management, Risk Management, Taxes and Management Accounting.

He has been employed by the company since March 2019, acting as the Director of Finance and Accounting. He is in charge of the financial, accounting and tax issues of all the hotel companies in the group.

Ivan Lazić

Master of Science in Project Management (MSc)

COO Director, Mona Plaza Zlatibor

Graduated in 2014 from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, majoring in
Journalism and Communication Studies. He began his professional career in the
media industry, where, in addition to journalistic work, he was involved in the writing
and implementation of media projects.

Alongside his journalistic engagement, he enrolled in a Master’s programme at the
Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2015, specialising in Project Management,
which he successfully completed in 2016.

He entered the hospitality industry in 2018, starting his career as a Receptionist at
Hotel Zlatibor Mona. Over the years, he progressed through various roles, gaining a
comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.

He was appointed Sales Director in 2023, and since February 2026 has been serving
as Operations Director of Mona Plaza Zlatibor.

Bojan Milošević

COO Director, Mona Plaza Belgrade

Bojan Milošević is an experienced hospitality executive with more than twenty years of international and domestic experience in hotel operations management, business development, and the improvement of financial and operational performance. He has built his professional career within renowned hospitality systems such as The Ritz-Carlton, Oceania Cruises, Hotel Moskva, Hotel Balkan, and Hotel Mona Plaza Belgrade.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in operations and general management, with a focus on business process optimization, standards development, cost control, and service quality improvement. He has particular expertise in managing complex hotel operations, business reorganization, pre-opening processes, and the implementation of operational procedures.

He graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where he completed the Business Administration – Entrepreneurship program with distinction. His professional approach is based on strategic leadership, operational efficiency, team development, and high standards within the hospitality industry.

Marko Obradović

Advisor

Marko Obradović is an experienced business and strategic leader with over twenty years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and international project management across both public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading international organizations such as UNDP and the World Bank, as well as key government institutions and companies, including Mona Hotel Management Group, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and Delta Holding.

He has held senior executive and leadership roles, including strategic advisor, chief executive officer, and chief of staff, with a strong focus on improving business and institutional performance, developing market strategies, and managing complex projects. He brings extensive experience in working with top-level stakeholders, public policy development, governance improvement, and international cooperation projects.

His professional approach is grounded in strategic leadership, operational efficiency, partnership development, and the implementation of sustainable business solutions.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Petar Platiša

Chief Sales Officer

Petar Platiša is a commercial and sales executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in sales strategy development, revenue management, pricing, and market growth. Throughout his career within the Mona Hotel Management system, he has led sales, marketing, and revenue management for the hotel portfolio, developed key B2B, MICE, and partner markets, and established planning and reporting systems.

He further expanded his experience through the EXPO project, where he was responsible for the commercial structure, sponsorships, ticketing, and business partnerships. He holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Singidunum University and completed additional professional training in hotel revenue management through the Cornell University eCornell program.
