Ivan Vitorović

Managing director
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where he completed his master’s degree in “Hotel Investment Management Models”.
Employed since 2005 at Mona Ltd. where he served as marketing manager, hotel director, hotel development and sales director, and group CEO.
Today he is the General Manager of Mona hotel management Ltd. where he is in charge of operating the business of all the hotels in the portfolio, planning revenue and expenses of the company, development of new products and markets, human resources, as well as for further development of the brand and portfolio of the company.
Named Manager of the Year 2011. An active participant in the Hores Business Association, President of the Advisory Board of the Serbian Convention Bureau, Certified Trainer of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLEI), Member of the Board of Directors of the Serbian Marketing Association (SEMA).
He was named the Leader of the hotel industry for 2019.
Petar Platiša

Sales director
He graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at Singidunum University.
Employed since 2008 at Mona Ltd. acting as assistant marketing director, internet marketing manager and sales manager.
Today he is Sales Director of Mona Hospitality Management Ltd., responsible for Corporate Sales, Market Research, Internet Marketing, and Sales.
He has published several articles on internet marketing in tourism, as well as articles on the internet as a fast-growing sales channel in tourism. Participant in business associations of Hores and Serbian Bureau of Congress.
Lenka Marić
Master of Law
Director of legal affairs
She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Belgrade in 2013, where in 2017 she completed her master’s studies at the Department of International Law. In 2016, she passed the bar exam before the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
From 2013 to 2016, she worked at Nedić Law Office. Since November 2016, employed by Mona Ltd. Belgrade as Associate for Legal Affairs.
Since October 2019, she has been acting as Director of Legal Affairs at Mona Hospitality Management Ltd. Belgrade, responsible for the operation of the legal service, coordination, monitoring and control of the execution of legal, personnel and administrative activities of the company.
Miloš Kosorić
Bachelor of economics
Director of finances and accounting
He graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, majoring in accounting, auditing and financial management – accounting and auditing department.
Performed the duties of senior accountant, chief accountant, tax advisor and CFO in several domestic and foreign companies of trade and production. Participated as a financial manager on many domestic and EU projects for the revitalization and reconstruction of energy plants and thermal power plants in the country. Areas of Interest – Financial Management, Risk Management, Taxes and Management Accounting.
He has been employed by the company since March 2019, acting as the Director of Finance and Accounting. He is in charge of the financial, accounting and tax issues of all the hotel companies in the group.
Borko Milaš

Director of Mona Plaza Belgrade hotel
Graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at Singidunum University, with master degree of management and marketing from Faculty of organizational sciences, Belgrade.
He has been the managing director of Mona Plaza Hotel since 2022, in charge of all hotel operations whilst following the mission, vision and goals of the company.
He has many years of experience in the hotel industry, in various sectors such as sales and marketing, international standards and management.
He is selected as a lecturer at the University of Hotel Management Belgrade.
Nebojša Daraboš

Graduated from the Faculty of Business and Industrial Management
He has been the managing director of hotel Mona Plaza Zlatibor since 2022, in charge of all hotel operations whilst following the mission, vision and goals of the company.
Darko Orestijević

Director of Javor Hotel
He graduated from the Belgrade Business School.
He has been employed since 2011 at the Javor Hotel, where he worked as a receptionist and later as an assistant to the hotel director.
Since 2015, he performs the duties of the director of the Hotel Javor, responsible for the organization and operation of the hotel, as well as for the quality and legality of the services provided by the hotel.
Darko Dimitrijević
Bachelor of Science in Agronomy
Director of Argo Hotel
Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade – course of Melioration.
Acquired his first experience in the hotel industry working in the United States, where he completed training and courses to the highest world standards. Certified in the field of hospitality communication skills.
Employed at the company since 2014, shortly after opening the Argo Hotel. He started as a receptionist and then moved on to the position of Head of Reception.
Since October 2019, he has been the managing director of Argo Hotel, where he is responsible for operating the business and organization following the high standards of our company.
