MHM annual conference

MHM the annual conference is an internal conference of Mona Hotel Management. It was first held in Zlatibor in 2018 when it brought together teams from all of our hotels.

The conference, which aims to exchange experiences, practices, and results achieved annually, provided the opportunity for colleagues from Belgrade, Budva, Javor, and Zlatibor to have fun at the same time, learn something about each other and thus further strengthen the bonds of cooperation and team spirit.

Visit Zlatibor went in a positive atmosphere and song, and we did our best to arrange every detail to suit the mountain enjoyment, fun, and good company. In addition to great lectures, panels and workshops, a special place to relax was the Game Room. Also for this meeting, the F&B team prepared excellent mountain food.
On that occasion, President of the Company Tomislav Momirović and Managing Director Ivan Vitorović shared with their colleagues the achieved results and a vision of further development, which further motivated us and gave us impetus to join our efforts to achieve defined goals, set new records and be a proud part of the Mona Hotel Management business family.

Hotel Sales and Marketing Weekend

Hotel Sales and Marketing Weekend (HSMW) is one of our two major conference brands, with a special focus on hotel sales and marketing. The conference aims to encourage the development of industry in these areas, the mutual exchange of opinions and experiences, as well as networking and cooperation within the industry itself.

The first HSMW conference was held in Zlatibor in mid-November 2018, and the main topics of the conference were revenue management and emotional branding in the hotel industry. Reputable lecturers from England, Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia spoke about successful examples in practice, discussed current challenges facing the industry, but also provided guidance for improving existing business practices.

The conference is scheduled to take place traditionally every year, and we will continue to continuously develop and adapt the program to current industry trends and needs.
