Šonda Gastro Bar, located within Mona Plaza Belgrade, has been included in the latest edition of the Gault&Millau Serbia 2025 gastronomic guide. The restaurant was awarded two chef’s toques and a score of 14 out of 20 points.

Gault&Millau is one of the internationally recognized gastronomic guides, and its 2025 edition for Serbia recommends 307 restaurants. The guide’s annual awards were presented on April 23 at the Hyatt hotel in Belgrade.

In its review, the guide notes that Šonda Gastro Bar is located within Mona Plaza, in Lower Dorćol, on the site of the former first Serbian chocolate factory. It particularly highlights the balance between local dishes, international influences, and the dessert selection.

The culinary concept of Šonda Gastro Bar is developed by the Mona Plaza team, led by Aleksandar Bućan, Executive Chef of Mona Plaza Belgrade. Bućan has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has participated in the opening of several hotels in Belgrade.
