The Zlatibor Mona Hotel, together with their long-term partners from the Extreme Summit Team, organized team building activities on Mount Zlatibor from May 4-6, 2018, devoted to clients and partners who care about their staff the right way – by removing them from their work environments and putting together an interesting and interactive three-day social event.
The idea behind this event, which is held for the third year in a row, is to introduce companies to the hotel and service, and to the way in which the Zlatibor Mona Hotel organizes team building events for companies. The accent was placed on the adventure itself and creating experiences starting from the unusual setup of the banquet hall that was converted into a campsite where people could sit in a tent or kayak, and ending with a dynamic hotel presentation, where the grand entrance of our sales manager to the congress centre hall on an ATV was only a small indicator of what they could expect later.
The main day of the team building event was devoted to adrenaline activities, so to prove that everything was possible, we put together a little abseiling challenge down the hotel garage, and engaging orienteering games at the hotel. Afterwards, all participants alternately experimented with activities in the Adventure Park, and rode the ATVs on the Zlatibor clearings. The end of the dynamic day saw the guests enjoying our Inspirium Spa Centre where they relaxed in the pool and recharged by relaxing in the sauna, which included our natural Shea butter and chocolate exfoliating treatments. The Mona Hotel management made sure that the guests spent the end of the day in the authentic ambience of Perun restaurant, enjoying pleasant live music and a varied gastronomic offer, where they shared their experiences and talked about their impressions. A trip to Stopića Cave was organized on the third day of the team building weekend. The organizers made sure that every moment was filled up with something interesting, and that the participants experienced the hidden beauties of Mount Zlatibor.
The Zlatibor Mona Hotel created a memorable experience, succeeding in removing business people from different industries from their corporate roles, and allowing them to experience real adventure. Representatives of a large number of companies that responded to the call were delighted with the whole event and organization, took home the most wonderful impressions, and the batteries for new business challenges were successfully charged.
