– place of birth;

– length of stay at our hotel;
– identification on the document information (ID or passport)
We process the above information to fulfill our legal obligation to report foreign guests to the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia.
b) Personal data we collect and process for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations towards you, that is, in order to register you at our hotel and provide you with our e-services:
– name and surname;
– gender;
– address;
– information on the identification document (ID or passport);
– e-mail address;
– telephone number;
– credit card number and payment information;
– Your preferences regarding room type, room views, extra packages and the like;
– the license plate number of your car, in order to provide you with a parking space, that is, make sure that you are indeed a guest of our hotel, which is entitled to a parking space.
We process the above information on the basis of a contract we enter into with you, with the aim of providing and billing our services.
c) Personality information processed to provide you with information on personalized offers and services from Mona Hotel Management doo, as well as contact information for conducting surveys:

To ensure your safety, we have a legitimate interest in video surveillance, which can be installed at the hotel entrance, reception desk, kitchen areas, garage entrances, wellness facilities and staff rooms.
We keep videos for up to 30 days.
4. Who do we share your personal information with?
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
– to fulfill the obligations prescribed by law, such as cooperating with the competent police and criminal authorities;
– to enable to provide you with the services outside the hotel area, based on your request (e.g. arranging a taxi transporation, booking a restaurant, etc.);
– in case of emergencies, in a situation where we have to pass on your information to authorized medical staff to protect your vital interests;
– based on your consent;
– to charge you for our services, we share your banking information with electronic payment service providers.
We may also share your information with third parties so that those individuals can provide us with technical assistance to enable us to send our newsletters, conduct SMS campaigns and the like.
