Turkish Cuisine Days were held at Šonda Gastro Bar, the restaurant of Mona Plaza Belgrade, as a gastronomic event dedicated to presenting the traditional flavors of Turkey through a contemporary interpretation. The program opened with a gala dinner, while a special menu was available to restaurant guests from November 13 to 16.

The menu was created in collaboration with Turkish Chef Özgür Koca, Aleksandar Bućan, Executive Chef of Mona Plaza Belgrade, and Pastry Chef Slobodan Potežica. The aim of the event was to introduce guests to Turkish gastronomic tradition through authentic recipes, contemporary presentation, and professional knowledge exchange between the culinary teams.

The special menu included dishes such as Konya okra soup, Gaziantep yuvalama, imam bayıldı, levrek simit, Manisa kebab, Alinazik, Mutancana, as well as desserts including Hamsiköy sütlaç and dondurmalı irmik helvası. The gala dinner also featured pastırmalı hummus, sour cherry stuffed vine leaves, içli köfte, Ankara tava, and güllaç.
